Trekkies, before you get too excited, brush up on your Roman mythology. :b

There comes a time in every strip’s duration in which you decide just how much topical events will influence your work. For a second with this I hesitated, but then reminded myself of the comic’s name and realized that commentary on topical events was inevitable, even if it meant I would loose some “agelessness” of the strip. Oh well.

I suppose it would’ve been better for me to run this after Ron’s stance on all sorts of religions and cults was firmly established within the bounds of the strip itself, but oh well. Let’s just say she thinks all religions, cults, and whatever make less sense than the next, and that they’re the source of most woe in the world. Some, though, obviously, are just plain diabolical, and since when could Ron pass up trying to do something diabolical?
