Artistry of the Impossible

Art is a viewport into one’s imagination. I know one can argue about “WHAT ABOUT ELEPHANTS WHO CAN PAINT??” but scientists are still arguing about that, themselves. Besides, being able to depict emotion in art is another huge thing for any artist…and obviously Lillian is good at doing that. (And no smartmouthing about her drawing a lot like me!)

Feeling guilty now, Ron?

I wish I had the time to shade comics like this all the time, but if I did that to a comic that also had backgrounds, I’d spend twice the amount of time on these than I do now.

(I’m saving all pop culture refrences to songs, cute cheesy 80’s movies, and science fiction novels till the end.)
