Lillian senses temperature gradients, but not true “heat” or “cold” so no discomfort either way, unless it’s some sort of warning that’s she’s doing something stupid that could damage her. Pain= a thing to tell us NEVER TO DO WHAT WE JUST DID AGAIN.
I should probably clear up, since I don’t think it’s ever been mentioned in the strip proper while it has been mentioned in the updated userprofile- the strip takes place in the San Fransisco Bay Area in one of the many, many cities in the suburbs of San Fransisco proper. Hence why it’s not like, freezing cold like it is here in Mid-Missourah.
Okay, it’s not that cold here in Columbia.
