Write How You Think
Maybe people don’t think as coherently as Ron or I, but this has always been my way of writing well. I have several different writing “voices”, including my “OMG I haet you, Hollyweird!” style that pollutes my personal LiveJournal, but I also have several more elegant styles I slip in and out of without even thinking as I make my observations about the world throughout the day. Most of the people I know online write intelligently when they are being serious, so I like to think this is a bit of a truism.
